Loch Duart Ltd is seeking a Processing Supervisor to oversee operations at our Dingwall Processing Facility. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with experience in food manufacturing and a commitment to quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise primary processing operations to ensure high-quality production.
  2. Maintain accurate processing paperwork and administrative records.
  3. Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and food quality standards.
  4. Optimize operational performance using plant and personnel resources.
  5. Manage and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  6. Provide cover for the Processing Manager when required.
