  • Full time hours guaranteed minimum of 35 per week but there is an opportunity for working over 40 hours per week
  • Bonus eligibility up to 25% of annual salary

As a Processing Operative you will process fresh salmon and trout to customer specification. Job includes feeding the line, gutting fish, washing fish, grading fish, boxing fish, tagging fish, chill work (icing, lidding, banding, palletisation).

Processing operative candidate will have:

  • Experience of working within a food processing environment
  • Good time keeping and reliability
  • Experience of working within a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • The physical capability to work in a manual environment
