What You’ll Do
- Support & Inspire the Team – Partner with the Boutique Manager to coach Beauty Hosts, foster a culture of excellence, and celebrate team achievements.
- Deliver Memorable Guest Journeys – Create memorable spa‑inspired moments through Hand Massages and Beauty Consultations, offering personalized advice and building lasting relationships.
- Support on Boutique Sales & Performance – Assist in tracking KPIs, supporting sales goals, and contributing to boutique profitability through proactive engagement.
- Champion Learning & Growth – Facilitate training sessions, in‑store coaching to enhance product knowledge, service excellence, and team confidence.
- Support Operational Run – Support inventory management, compliance, scheduling, and boutique presentation with precision and care.
- Ensure Excellence in Execution – Ensure the visual merchandising is impeccably executed and as per standards.
