What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
  • Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
  • Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
  • Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
  • Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
  • Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
