We are looking for a commercially driven Digital Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager to lead the trading performance and growth of our UK eCommerce business across our DTC website, TikTok Shop and key pure-play retail partners, including THG Group (Lookfantastic & Cult Beauty) and ASOS. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and customer-focused eCommerce professional to take ownership of digital trading, CRM, marketplace performance and online customer experience.

Working closely with local and global teams, you will develop and execute strategies that drive sales, conversion, customer acquisition and retention, while ensuring best-in-class execution across all digital touchpoints. Reporting into the Head of Digital, you will play a key role in shaping the UK digital growth strategy, identifying opportunities for optimisation and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the online journey.

What Will You Do?

  • Ecommerce Trading & Growth
    • Own the day-to-day trading performance of Erborian.co.uk, TikTok Shop, THG Group and ASOS.
    • Develop and execute the annual digital trading calendar, including product launches, promotional activity, GWP campaigns and seasonal activations.
    • Drive revenue growth through effective trading, onsite merchandising and customer journey optimisation.
    • Monitor sales, traffic, conversion and customer behaviour data to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
    • Manage budgets and support forecasting activities across all digital channels.
  • Website Optimisation & Customer Experience
    • Lead the optimisation of the customer journey from landing page to checkout.
    • Partner with local and central teams to deploy digital initiatives and enhance website performance.
    • Deliver SEO, GEO and CRO strategies to improve visibility, traffic and conversion rates.
    • Ensure a seamless user experience through ongoing testing, analysis and performance monitoring.
  • CRM & Customer Retention
    • Own the UK CRM strategy, campaign calendar and customer segmentation approach.
    • Drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives.
    • Analyse CRM performance and customer insights to enhance engagement and lifetime value.
    • Collaborate with global CRM teams to deliver best-in-class customer communications.
  • Marketplace & Pure Player Management
    • Manage the commercial performance of TikTok Shop, driving trading opportunities, product launches and promotional activity.
    • Own relationships and performance across key pure‑play partners including Lookfantastic, Cult Beauty and ASOS.
    • Ensure best‑in‑class product content, imagery, campaign execution and digital shelf visibility.
    • Identify opportunities to increase share of search, category performance and sales growth.
  • Retailer.com Support
    • Support key online retail partners including Boots, Space NK and other strategic accounts.
    • Ensure high-quality digital content and successful online activation of launches and campaigns.
    • Work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing and National Account Managers to maximise online visibility and performance.
  • Analytics & Team Leadership
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion, average order value, retention and customer acquisition.
    • Deliver regular business reviews and actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Manage and support the Ecommerce & CRM Project Lead, ensuring effective prioritisation and delivery of key initiatives.

Perfect Candidate

  • 4–6 years’ experience in ecommerce trading, digital commerce or Marketplace management within beauty, FMCG or a fast‑paced consumer brand, Beauty, skincare or premium consumer goods experience preferred.
  • Proven track record managing DTC websites and marketplace/pure‑player accounts (e.g., TikTok Shop, THG Group, ASOS, Amazon or similar).
  • Strong understanding of digital trading, including promotional planning, merchandising, conversion optimisation and performance analysis.
  • Experience working with retailer .com partners (Boots, Space NK, Lookfantastic or equivalent), including content management, launches and promotional execution.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, GEO, CRO, onsite optimisation and customer journey best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and build actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, segmentation logic and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Comfortable managing cross‑functional stakeholders and collaborating with international teams.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Power BI) is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI and ecommerce reporting tools.
