  • What You’ll Do
  • Support & Inspire the Team - Partner with the Boutique Manager to coach Beauty Hosts, foster a culture of excellence, and celebrate team achievements.
  • Deliver Memorable Guest Journeys - Create memorable spa-inspired moments through Hand Massages and Beauty Consultations, offering personalized advice and building lasting relationships.
  • Support on Boutique Sales & Performance - Assist in tracking KPIs, supporting sales goals, and contributing to boutique profitability through proactive engagement.
  • Champion Learning & Growth - Facilitate training sessions, in store coaching to enhance product knowledge, service excellence, and team confidence
  • Support Operational Run - Support inventory management, compliance, scheduling, and boutique presentation with precision and care.
  • Ensure Excellence in Execution - Ensure the visual merchandising is impeccably executed and as per standards.
