What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
- Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
- Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
- Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
- Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
- Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Deputise in the absence of the Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager to effectively manage the boutique.
- Open and close the Boutique in the absence of the Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Support the management team in the ongoing coaching of the team’s product knowledge & understanding.
