The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual to lead on sourcing and acquiring new properties, land, and development opportunities for filming and events. You'll play a critical role in expanding our location library with everything from high-end residential homes to industrial spaces and large-scale studios. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where success is directly rewarded through an uncapped commission structure. You’ll work closely with the Director and play a key part in sourcing sites for clients such as Netflix, Amazon, Apple, and Disney.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source new commercial properties (e.g., warehouses, offices, industrial units) for filming and event use
- Identify and pursue new land and studio development opportunities across Greater London and the South East
- Conduct market research on industrial and land availability, including off-market leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, agents, and asset managers
- Collaborate with the Director to match opportunities with studio clients’ needs
- Support wider business objectives by identifying freehold and development prospects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong self-starter with a proactive, deal-focused mindset
- Comfortable and confident communicating via phone and email
- Demonstrated ability to source and convert new property leads
- Familiarity with tools such as LandInsight and Promap (or willingness to learn)
- Ideally degree-educated (or equivalent) in a property or media-related field
- Passion for both the property and media industries
- Team player who can also work independently and take ownership of projects
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary
- Uncapped commission structure (commission paid the same month revenue is received)
- Clear earning potential, with commissions based on a percentage of revenue generated
- Opportunities to work on exciting projects for global media clients
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment
If you’re excited by the intersection of property and film and thrive on uncovering unique spaces and off-market deals, we’d love to hear from you.
