Marketing is a key driver of growth at Locationify. We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled B2B marketer with proven experience of building and executing engaging and compelling marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition and support retention goals. You will have full responsibility of demand generation, balancing the right mix of tactics and campaigns aimed at increasing pipeline and ARR across the North America & EMEA regions. Reporting to the CMO, this is a hands-on role, delivering in all areas of marketing. You will be joining an expanding business who have some truly exciting plans for rocket-fueled growth. The ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of channel marketing strategies and have experience in the software industry. We are looking for someone local to the London area, who could work a hybrid-schedule, in office at least one time per week.

Job responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the regional cross-channel marketing strategy, building integrated demand generation campaigns and programs that deliver targeted, qualified leads.
  • Develop marketing activities that support account planning, pipeline generation and deal progression.
  • Monitor trends and insights by market, persona or accounts to inform marketing campaigns and content creation across the buyer journey.
  • Define ideal customer profiles and develop creative, engaging messaging, positioning and marketing assets that resonate with the target audience and drive demand.
  • Lead market industry presence with event sponsorship strategy at regional level. Work with Strategic Alliance partners to build event program that drives market exposure, builds brand profile and credibility and maximizes lead generation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing peers on campaign concept, content requirements and digital marketing support to ensure alignment, effective use of resources, and consistency.
  • Work with the marketing leadership team to develop and execute a thought leadership strategy to positively impact our sales strategy.
  • Define and execute an Account Based Marketing Strategy to build a pipeline within identified target accounts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners.
  • Ability to conceive and manage joint marketing plans with partners to help drive pipeline, bookings and awareness.
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaign performance and support overall pipeline generation and revenue goals.

Our Expectations Of You

  • 5+ years experience of managing digital projects (ideally complex products such as online marketplaces or SaaS platforms).
  • 5+ years experience of working with technical teams (preferably within a web agency environment).
  • 2+ years experience of working with Jira.
  • Certification in Agile methodology and/or Scrum framework.
  • Managed projects with a minimum budget of $500,000 per year.
  • Sound understanding of website development, technologies, and testing methodology.
  • Familiarity with website monitoring, performance, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey and how to map out user flows.
  • Proven ability to set priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within a high-volume work environment with strict time constraints.
  • Proven client liaison and customer service experience. Ability to interpret technological requirements and communicate them to technical and non-technical customers (internal and external).

General Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • 4-6 years proven B2B marketing experience in a SaaS environment or similar industry.
  • Experience with MarTech and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense and Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in demand generation mix including automated email marketing, social media, digital, channel marketing, webinars, etc.
  • Results orientated; customer focused; creative flair and commercially minded.
  • Shown success in packaging and driving delivery of marketing strategy, campaigns and programs with measurable return on investment (ROI) metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; strong project management skills; data-driven and a focus on achieving objectives and KPIs.
  • Self-driven with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Ability to internalize technical terms and translate them to simple, impactful messages.
  • Ability to be flexible and working with changing priorities/deadlines.
