Job Overview

As a Floor Supervisor, your role involves overseeing a busy housekeeping department.

You will work alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
  • Organising staff rotas.
  • Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
  • Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
  • Maintaining the standards set by Hotel Care and our client at all times.
  • Meeting daily targets.
  • Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Experience

  • Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.
