Four’s health media team is currently seeking an account director to lead on key accounts in the health and life sciences sectors. This is a senior client‑facing role responsible for leading key client accounts, shaping digital media strategy, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional delivery across multi‑channel campaigns. You will be the strategic lead for clients, trusted partner for senior stakeholders, and mentor for internal teams.

What You’ll Do

This role is all about leadership, strategic thinking and delivering stand‑out media work. You’ll be the partner to your clients and the driving force behind your team’s success. Day to day, you will:

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary strategic advisor for all digital media activity.
  • Develop annual planning, quarterly reviews and ongoing performance conversations.
  • Translate client objectives into clear, insight‑driven digital strategies across paid social, programmatic, search, video, DOOH and native.
  • Identify growth opportunities through proactive recommendations and cross‑department collaboration.
  • Contribute to new business proposals and pitch presentations.
  • Oversee flawless planning and execution of multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Work with planners, traders and analysts to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, pace accurately and deliver against KPIs.
  • Review data and performance insights, turning them into compelling stories and actions for clients.
  • Drive innovation through new tools, formats, testing approaches and emerging technologies.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives.
  • Create an environment that encourages learning, curiosity and continuous improvement.
  • Support cross‑agency collaboration with internal partners.
