Main Purpose of Role

To manage the progression of residential sales from the start of the transaction through to legal completion. You will ensure that each sale progresses smoothly within the agreed timescales, efficiently resolving issues and maintaining excellent communication with both buyer and seller.

Location: West London

Salary: £28,000-£40,000 DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of 60-80 transactions.
  • Once Solicitors are instructed, keep within agreed timescales and proactively overcome obstacles.
  • Communicate with buyers regularly, and update sellers on the progress of the sale.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all parties, in line with our service standards.
  • Accurately report weekly and monthly figures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
  • Oversee the accuracy and completion of all offer documentation.
  • Provide support in the follow-up of outstanding payments as required.
  • Conduct monthly pipeline checks to assess progress and resolve issues early.
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing pipeline updates, feedback, and service leads.
  • Manage surveys, re-negotiations, and any challenges in the sales process.
  • Promote and monitor additional services (solicitors, financial services, surveys).

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Estate Agency with strong negotiation skills.
  • Persistent, tenacious, and able to thrive under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem solver with a positive approach.
  • Able to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
  • Able to work through problems confidently.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to maintain excellent working relationships.
