What will you do

Do you have a passion for improving community wellbeing and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Welbeing Practitioner to join our dedicated Public Health Directorate. In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver health and wellbeing programmes that support individuals and communities across the Island. From one-to-one sessions to group workshops, you’ll help people build healthier lifestyles, working on areas like emotional wellbeing, nutrition, and physical activity. You’ll collaborate with a small, friendly team and engage with wider stakeholders to reduce health inequalities and promote a ‘Health in All Policies’ approach. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in health or community services who thrives in a people-focused role and wants to be part of a forward-thinking team driving real public health impact.
