About the role
Join our welcoming and supportive Midwifery Team as a Screening Midwife and become part of a service that provides care seamlessly across both community and hospital settings.
In this role, you’ll bring your knowledge and understanding of antenatal and newborn screening programmes to the forefront, playing a key part in ensuring the quality of these vital services.
Working closely with the Lead Midwife for Outpatient Services, you’ll contribute to delivering exceptional care for women, supported by a team of enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking maternity professionals.
Your role will involve supporting women during some of the most challenging moments, offering guidance and care when high chance screening results or fetal anomalies are identified. You’ll dedicate 40% of your time to screening programmes and spend the remaining 60% in clinical practice within the Outpatient Department.
