Role Overview

The role we’re looking to fill is for someone passionate about this mission and vision as well as product management who wants to be part of a fantastic team of engineers, designers, and researchers.
This role reporting to the CTO, encompasses understanding market needs, developing and managing the product roadmap in line with the product strategy, identifying the commercial and/or sales
opportunity for the relevant roadmap items and where relevant owning a revenue target for the product, sequencing the product roadmap, and closely collaborating with the CTO to align the product strategy with company objectives.
The person in this role demonstrates a high degree of commercial acumen. They drive others to create their best work, see opportunities in everything, and propose and execute company-level product strategy to resolve questions about the future of our products.
Job Duties:
- Strategy & Roadmap: Translate business strategy into a clear product strategy and roadmap that drives growth and scales with the business.
- Prioritisation: Manage and own the roadmap, balancing inputs from customers, Sales, CS, and Tech to ensure the team focuses on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer; run feedback forums, validate solutions through research, testing, betas, and data analysis.
- Execution: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and testers to scope and deliver solutions early and iteratively.
- Commercial Outcomes: Own revenue and adoption targets, working with Sales/CS/Marketing on pricing, packaging, pipeline, and performance reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Measurement & KPIs: Define and track KPIs and success metrics for product performance and releases.
- Enablement & Visibility: Maintain product documentation, support product marketing, and run regular showcases for visibility.
- Leadership: Motivate and inspire the team to do their best work, ensuring product quality and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in Product Management with shipped products at scale.
- Proven B2C experience in user growth and/or marketplace dynamics.
- Mobile product experience (iOS/Android) from discovery to release.
- Commercial: pricing & packaging, forecasting, funnels, and P&L awareness.
- Evidence-led product discovery and delivery (JTBD, interviews, surveys, cohort analysis, experimentation).
- Experience managing or mentoring PMs/Associates and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver at pace.
- Stakeholder management across Exec, Sales, CS, Operations, and Compliance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working within the Healthcare industry.
- Experience working for organisations that offer SaaS solutions in HR, Recruitment and Workforce Management Software
- AI/ML product experience involving classification, matching, summarisation, or copilots, including exposure to pricing and monetising AI-driven features.
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, data models, constraints). Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience a plus.
- Experience owning revenue targets and leading cross-functional initiatives.
