Build a thriving Creators Club (Locals Creators Hub)
- Triple active creator membership within 12 months.
- Maintain daily engagement from at least 40% of members through AMAs, challenges, webinars, and collaborative posts.
- Launch one high-quality creator activation per week.
- Collaborate with 20+ Locals creators per quarter to produce original content that feels authentic to them and showcases Locals.
