Key Responsibilities * Support the Senior Business Analyst in daily activities, including requirements gathering and documentation. * Engage with stakeholders to identify their needs and translate them into technical requirements. * Perform initial data analysis to uncover trends and insights. * Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project goals are met and requirements are clearly communicated. * Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes. * Contribute to the design and review of new systems and processes. * Proactively seek opportunities to enhance both technical and interpersonal skills.
