Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our client’s team as a Trainee Business Analyst. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work alongside and learn directly from a Senior Business Analyst, gaining practical experience and invaluable insights into the field of business analysis within a dynamic urban setting. Key Responsibilities * Support the Senior Business Analyst in daily activities, including requirements gathering and documentation. * Engage with stakeholders to identify their needs and translate them into technical requirements. * Perform initial data analysis to uncover trends and insights. * Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project goals are met and requirements are clearly communicated. * Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes. * Contribute to the design and review of new systems and processes. * Proactively seek opportunities to enhance both technical and interpersonal skills. Requirements * A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (or nearing completion). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * A genuine interest in business processes, technology, and data analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * A proactive attitude with a desire to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
