As our team expands, we are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to provide essential support in delivering efficient HR services across the company. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about people, processes, and professional development within a dynamic work environment.
As an HR Assistant, you will be at the heart of our Human Resources team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. From managing HR records to assisting with recruitment and employee engagement initiatives, this role will provide hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents for new hires
- Maintaining up-to-date employee records in accordance with data protection regulations
- Assisting in payroll preparation by ensuring accurate records of attendance, leave, and contractual changes
- Coordinating training programs and professional development initiatives for employees
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
- Supporting HR-led projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is beneficial but not essential
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
