As we expand, we are seeking an HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in delivering key HR functions across the business. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position will involve a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities, including recruitment support, employee record management, and assisting with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with GDPR and company policies
- Preparing HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and onboarding packs
- Supporting payroll processing by ensuring accurate records of absences, new hires, and contract changes
- Assisting in the coordination of training and development programs
- Managing employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Supporting the HR team in implementing initiatives related to employee engagement and workplace culture
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Previous experience in an HR support role or relevant administrative position (desirable but not essential)
