We are seeking a Russian-speaking Translation Project Manager to join our team on a short-term contract, focused on delivering high-quality language services that seamlessly align with digital strategy. This role plays a key part in our daily operations, working closely with Client Account Managers and a global network of freelance linguists. In over 100+ languages, we take pride in connecting clients with their ideal audiences, in some of the most competitive industries. The role will suit a motivated, highly-organised person with a passion for languages and the translation industry!

Contract: Fixed-term (until end of 2026), full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday with weekend-working, typically including one weekend day (e.g. Tuesday-Saturday) - rota-basis

Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 (based on experience)

  • Translation project management across a wide range of exciting sectors
  • Providing full support to Client Account Managers in all aspects of translation services
  • Coordinating a team of freelance linguistic experts, assigning content and monitoring performance/output
  • Working directly with CAT tools and other localisation software

About you

  • Native-level Russian and advanced level of English; or native-level speaker of English and business level of Russian
  • Experience in project management and coordination
  • Awareness, understanding and/or experience within the translation industry
  • Familiar with CAT tools and their role in the translation workflow
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads in a fast-paced agency
