LILT in London is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, reduce churn, and grow enterprise accounts.

You will be the primary contact for clients, guiding them on use of our language services Saa S platform and services.

You will align internal teams, conduct QBRs, and collaborate with Account Executives on renewals and upsell opportunities, while traveling up to 15% to meet customers.
