We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support a global marketing and creative organization. This role sits within a high-performing creative team responsible for delivering large-scale marketing campaigns and creative initiatives across multiple international markets. The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination, localization, and delivery of creative assets, working closely with marketing, creative, production, research, analytics, and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Strategy
    • Support and influence marketing creative plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across multiple projects.
    • Develop resource plans and coordinate priorities across creative initiatives.
    • Drive creative innovation and process improvements.
  • Program Management
    • Manage end-to-end creative and marketing projects.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Balance competing priorities while maintaining quality and timelines.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for external agencies.
  • Localization & Asset Delivery
    • Lead translation and localization programmes for international markets.
    • Manage agency relationships and localization workflows.
    • Oversee delivery of marketing assets across multiple regions and languages.
    • Collaborate with global stakeholders to adapt and deploy creative campaigns effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build strong partnerships with marketing, media, analytics, and research teams.
    • Work closely with creative and production partners.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience within a creative agency, production studio, or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven experience managing creative and/or marketing programmes.
  • Strong agency management experience.
  • Experience working with marketers and cross-functional teams.
  • Background delivering campaigns involving digital, live-action, and/or animation content.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills

  • Creative agency experience.
  • Ability to manage high-volume creative workflows.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in localization, translation, and asset delivery.
