You will be part of the Content Adaptation and Localisation Team within the Global Production team at EA. Based in the UK, this is a diverse role reporting to the Senior Manager, Adaptation & Localization (Video). It is a team that works daily with partners in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Madrid, Romania and Sweden so 'one team' vision is essential.
You will project manage global advertising materials for International partners. This team manages campaign coordination, adaptation, and localisation for video assets, digital banners, digital and traditional out of home which are deployed for use across all consumer-facing touch-points, such as advertising, TV, web, owned channels, 1st Party channels and social media.
You will work with multiple partners such as Global Media, International Marketing Teams, Publishing Teams, Core Creative teams and Studio teams. We provide high capacity, high-quality and focused assets to support EA's global and local marketing campaigns.
You will ensure creative concepts are communicated to your partners, tracking central asset deliverables to ensure territory needs are met, gathering opt-ins, producing custom assets, localising and delivering across EA's full portfolio of titles.
As content production continues to evolve, you will guide innovation and process improvements within our team and our partners across the business. Onboard and develop new platforms that enhance workflows, improve output, and lead our content forward.
Responsibilities
- Project management on dedicated franchise titles plus supporting other MCMs across franchises.
- Manage the production of localised content for global partners.
- Compile all International and multi-channel asset needs and communicate to Core Creative leads/LOC production teams to ensure global schedules are developed. Challenge duplication.
- Challenge plans and guide decisions to ensure the best production flows are met.
- Develop custom production of advertising assets for TV/Cinema, Digital, OOH and Print. This includes managing the cut down edits to shorter lengths, additional edit requirements, re-formatting and creating multiple banners assets (dynamic and static) to work in multiple media locations such as Facebook, Twitter and paid media working from supplied assets and brand toolkits.
- Improve planning and delivery of source files from partners on time and in the right technical formats.
- Brief our localization vendors on campaign requirements, clear expectations and clarity on deliverables and timings.
- Oversee final asset quality control, proofing and approvals.
- Firefighting short turn around requests.
- Budget Management β awareness of allocated budgets, planning content and highlighting any overspend to relevant parties.
- Be a core contact point between asset users and core content creators to refine communication. Maintain core relationships across the business.
- Work with your team and partners, shape the development of future technologies to refine workflows and processes between core creatives and partners, enhancing efficiency, establishing technical standards, improving communication, and reducing costs.
- Develop understanding of 1st party agreements, legal requirements, approval submissions, communication of local restrictions.
- Project Management, budgeting, delivery and archiving tools, which are all interconnected to make the workflow as efficient as possible.
Qualifications
- Market/agency experience or in-house experience in a marcom, creative, production or localization team.
- Hands-on Project Management experience in independent but collaborative environment.
- International experience, or working with international clients.
- Experience managing and driving maximised output from within or with our agency teams.
- Experience in media and managing media agencies.
- Good understanding and technical knowledge of formats, Video & Display specs, TV/Cinema Specs, HTML5 code.
- Fluency in English, other languages is beneficial.
