What Youu2019ll Do Lead the localization of diverse media content, ranging from training materials, educational programming, radio, TV and Internet spots, and animated videos across a wide array of subject matters.
Manage the full cycle of media localization projects with support from experienced leaders.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with creative teams, voice talents, editors and clients to solve challenges and deliver projects efficiently.
Drive the entire production process: from pre-flight checks and vendor selection, to scheduling talent, audio and video editors.
Oversee pre-production: Review project files, select top-quality vendors and talent, plan and manage schedules, and provide thorough instructions.
Guide production: Supervise recording sessions, support audio/video editor processes, and provide real-time feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
Lead post-production: Ensure flawless video and audio editing, graphics replacement, subtitling, and rigorous final checks before project delivery.
Optimize project workflows: Negotiate with vendors and talent, troubleshoot production issues, and work with management to implement solutions for continual improvement.
Champion quality: Review final deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and cultural resonance.
