Cosydorm is an EdTech company focused on integrating AI, large language models, and animation technology into innovative math education content. We are hiring 3-5 part-time K-12 Mathematics Curriculum R&D Editors and 2-3 part-time Math Animation Courseware Developers to join our team in developing, reviewing, and innovating bilingual (Chinese-English) mathematics content. This role focuses on the integration of math education with cutting-edge AI technologies, aiming to create impactful content that meets international standards. Outstanding performers may be invited to join long-term projects or core team roles.

Work Format & Location:

  • Location: London, UK, with 2 in-office days per week required
  • Part-time, working no more than 20 hours per week
  • Hybrid work mode (remote and in-office, mainly in-office)
  • No visa sponsorship provided — candidates must already have legal working status in the UK

Job 1: K-12 Mathematics Curriculum R&D Editors (Based in London)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and revise K-12 math teaching materials, including textbooks, handouts, assessments, and slide decks
  • Design bilingual mathematics content aligned with both Chinese and UK curriculum standards
  • Explore and apply AI large model technology to drive innovation in math education
  • Support the construction and localization of a CN-UK integrated curriculum
  • Collaborate with product and technical development teams to develop and enhance educational platforms and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Mathematics Education
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching or curriculum development experience
  • Familiarity with Chinese and UK K-12 math curricula
  • Proficient in using AI large models, with the ability to apply them in educational product development
  • Experience in vertical math-related platform development is preferred
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential
  • For native Chinese speakers: IELTS overall score of at least 7.0, with no individual band below 6.5
  • For native English speakers: HSK Level 6 is required
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong logical thinking, written communication, and teamwork abilities

Hour rates:

  • Junior: £16/h
  • Mid-level: £22/h
  • Senior: £35/h

Part-Time Math Animation Courseware Developer (Based in London)

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in designing and producing animated math courseware for primary and lower secondary levels
  • Use graphic and animation tools to create interactive content and visual presentations
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance content generation and workflow efficiency
  • Work on-site in London 2 days/week; remote work allowed for the rest

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in animation, digital media, or related fields
  • Proficient in tools such as Photoshop, PowerPoint, AE, An, Vyond, Blender, or similar
  • Strong math skills: 90%+ in Chinese Gaokao math or A grade and above in A-Level math preferred
  • Capable of presenting the solution process of mathematical problems in animation and dynamic forms
  • Language requirements: For native Chinese speakers: IELTS overall ≥ 7.0, no band below 6.5, fluent in Chinese and English; For native English speakers: HSK Level 6 required
  • Familiarity with AI language models and experience in educational content development is a plus

Hour Rate: £14 – £32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
