Geo Language Services is a Guildford-based language services provider working with clients across the sector: clinical research (linguistic validation, clinical outcome assessments/COAs), public health (NHS, health charities, global health organisations), and commercial healthcare (devices, instruments, publications). We're looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who wants to do work that matters, for clients who notice the difference between 'good enough' and 'right' — and who'll help keep these projects moving accurately, on time, every time.

Why Geo

We're proudly independent, which means every project gets treated with the care it deserves, not pushed through a box‑ticking exercise. You'll know your clients, your linguists, and the projects you're running — more than just a ticket number. There's also genuine scope to grow the role as you settle in, with room to take on more of the QA side or move into a more client‑facing position, depending on where your interests and strengths lie. We're based in a lovely, light office near Guildford and are also celebrating our 20th anniversary this year.

What you'll bring

  • Ideally at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, but we're happy to provide training for the right candidate
  • Confident use of at least one major CAT tool (SQL skills a bonus — training provided)
  • A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to QA
  • Strong cross-cultural communication, with linguists and clients alike
  • A genuine willingness to go the extra mile for clients
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation, with the ability to follow complex processes
  • Solid all-round IT skills
  • A degree in languages, translation or a related subject is preferred, ideally alongside experience in localisation or the medical sector.

This is a full‑time in‑house role based in Guildford.
