Associate Program Manager

Rubric is hiring! We’re looking for an Associate Program Manager to lead a team of Project Managers delivering localization services to some of our large clients. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a Language Service Provider while taking ownership of client success, project delivery, and team development. In the longer term, you may have line management responsibilities. What You\’ll Do Oversee project delivery: ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and meets client quality standards Guide and support your team: mentor junior PMs, help with prioritization, and foster a collaborative environment Strengthen client relationships: manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and drive continuous improvement Monitor KPIs and costs: track project health, escalate issues with clear solutions, and flag risks early Evolve services: adapt processes to meet changing client needs and support long-term account growth What You\’ll Bring Strong experience with localization tools and processes Confidence managing complex projects and leading a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A proactive approach to client and stakeholder management Interest in developing others and contributing to internal best practices Why Rubric? #J-18808-Ljbffr
