Associate Program Manager

We’re looking for an Associate Program Manager to lead a team of Project Managers delivering localization services to some of our large clients. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a Language Service Provider while taking ownership of client success, project delivery, and team development. In the longer term, you may have line management responsibilities.

What You\’ll Do

1. Oversee project delivery: ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and meets client quality standards
2. Guide and support your team: mentor junior PMs, help with prioritization, and foster a collaborative environment
3. Strengthen client relationships: manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and drive continuous improvement
4. Monitor KPIs and costs: track project health, escalate issues with clear solutions, and flag risks early
5. Evolve services: adapt processes to meet changing client needs and support long-term account growth
