Rubric is hiring! Weβre looking for an Associate Program Manager to lead a team of Project Managers delivering localization services to some of our large clients. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a Language Service Provider while taking ownership of client success, project delivery, and team development. In the longer term, you may have line management responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Oversee project delivery: ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and meets client quality standards
- Guide and support your team: mentor junior PMs, help with prioritization, and foster a collaborative environment
