About Us

Locality is the national membership network for community organisations. Our goal is simple: to help local community organisations be the best that they can be and to create a supportive environment for their work.

We are now looking for a Community Organisation Development Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week. The location of this role can be flexible depending on the candidate; however, you may be expected to work outside of your region from time to time.

The Benefits

  • Salary of £35,995, with incremental increases to £40,194 per annum (excluding London Weighting of £4,500, depending on location)
