Wellspring Settlement is a charity working alongside residents of Barton Hill in East Bristol to celebrate and strengthen the local community, improve wellbeing, and create opportunities for residents to thrive.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan, coordinate, and develop community services.
- Ensure high‑quality, person‑centred, asset‑based delivery through effective team management.
- Build strong partnerships and relationships, and foster meaningful community engagement.
- Lead service development to connect staff, services, partners and local people.
- Contribute to fundraising, partnership working and organisational events.
Employment: 35 hours per week; on‑site community space, one evening per week (Wednesday 4:30‑9:00 pm) and occasional weekend work.
