We\’re looking for an Ecommerce Trading Assistant, APAC. As an Ecommerce Trading Assistant, APAC, you\’ll work as part of a Trading team managing all aspects of day-to-day ecommerce trading for our client sites in APAC. You will understand how customers in APAC expect ecommerce sites to look, feel and behave, and how to build brand awareness and acquire customers in APAC. You\’ll work collaboratively with the Trading, Marketing, Content, Customer Service, Operations and Client Success teams and be responsible for supporting the achievement of sales targets across all APAC sites. You will help ensure campaigns and products launch on time, help merchandise the sites to optimise / increase conversion and AOV, and identify opportunities for growth and revenue.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead the collection and documentation of client requirements and country-specific requirements for site refreshes, copy refreshes, onsite campaigns, offsite campaigns, marketing emails and promotions across Localised sites
- Consolidate requirements and coordinate with Content team via intake forms
- Ensure all requirements have been satisfied and liaise directly with clients for approvals before content is released
- Identify opportunities to improve the management, organization, discoverability and presentation of products for sale across Localised sites, including reporting on best sellers, search activity and customer behavior
- Monitor, browse and test Localised sites frequently to ensure links, functionality, content and pages are working and presenting as expected, working with the Trading, Marketing, Content, Customer Service, Operations and Client Success teams to resolve any irregularities or errors.
- Monitor the price competitiveness of Localised sites in key categories and against key competitors
- Monitor demand and search activity on specific keywords / brands in key markets
- Use Google Analytics and internal tools to report on website and product performance, identify key merchandising, marketing and content opportunities based on the data
- Set up and track offer codes used in segmented CRM emails and online offers, track usage results and support if issues are raised with codes
