Are you ready to lead the digital transformation of a trusted regional media brand?
The Impartial Reporter is seeking a forward-thinking, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our next phase of growth across digital and print platforms. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially astute leader with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Champion digital innovation: Drive the evolution of our advertising strategy with a strong focus on digital platforms, including impartialreporter.com and our growing social media presence
  • Collaborate for impact: Work closely with the Editor and editorial team to align commercial and editorial goals, delivering integrated campaigns that engage audiences and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Lead creative projects: Develop and manage special publications and digital-first initiatives that are imaginative, commercially successful, and audience-relevant.
  • Spot and seize opportunities: Identify new ways to grow advertising revenue—particularly online—while nurturing strong relationships with local businesses.
  • Think beyond the page: Bring fresh thinking to how we serve clients, using data, insight, and creativity to deliver standout solutions across digital and print.
