As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll take on a telephone-based sales role designed for the digital era, with the flexibility of working remotely. Your day will involve making a high volume of outbound new business calls, qualifying leads, and working closely with our digital marketing consultants to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities- Outbound Calling – Proactively contact potential clients via phone to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualifying Leads – Identify decision‑makers, assess their needs, and determine their suitability for digital marketing services.
- Lead Nurturing – Follow up with potential clients, providing relevant information and maintaining engagement until they are ready to proceed.
- Appointment Setting – Arrange meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
- CRM Management – Accurately update and maintain lead details, call notes, and follow‑up schedules in the company’s CRM system.
- Product Knowledge – Develop an understanding of the company’s digital marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
- Objection Handling – Confidently address concerns or hesitations from prospects and highlight the benefits of digital marketing solutions.
