At LOCALiQ, video is one of the most powerful ways we help businesses establish, showcase and promote their brand – bringing stories to life through bold, engaging content that connects with real audiences.

We’re looking for a Videographer to join our team on a hybrid basis, with your office site in Norwich. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across a wide variety of client projects, collaborating closely with commercial colleagues to shape creative concepts and briefs, then taking them through production from shoot to edit and delivery.

You’ll be confident filming on location, directing where needed, and producing high-quality finished video that meets the brief, hits the deadline, and reflects LOCALiQ’s standards. You’ll also be part of an experienced video team based across the UK, working together to deliver content that exceeds client expectations.

This role will occasionally involve unsociable hours (including evenings/weekends) and overnight stays, depending on client requirements. Having a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is a pre-requisite of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end video projects for external clients: planning, filming, editing and final delivery.
  • Work with commercial colleagues to develop creative concepts, translate client needs into clear briefs, and shape the video approach.
  • Interpret scripts, storyboards and concepts to ensure the final output meets expectations and aligns to the agreed brief.
  • Attend client sites/locations to set up and film efficiently, ensuring consistent production quality.
  • Edit projects to a high standard (including work not filmed by yourself where required), creating multiple assets/versions for different channels.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, prioritising workload and adapting quickly when timelines shift.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered within agreed timescales and budget.
  • Represent the LOCALiQ studio in a friendly, professional way with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Produce/complete performance reporting on video activity delivered for clients (where required).
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of equipment and software, and recommend improvements to ensure quality output.
  • Work collaboratively and calmly under pressure, keeping communication clear and proactive.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEssential
  • Proven experience filming and editing video content in a commercial setting (agency/in-house/client projects).
  • Strong practical knowledge of video production: lighting, audio, framing, composition, and shooting for different formats.
  • Strong editing capability and workflow management using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro essential; After Effects beneficial).
  • Confident communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders — able to explain ideas clearly and keep projects moving.
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly when required (including occasional evenings/weekends/overnights).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
  • Motion graphics / simple animation experience (After Effects).
  • Experience creating variants for social (short-form cutdowns, captions, format resizing).
  • Confidence producing content from concept through to final delivery with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of performance reporting (e.g., video engagement metrics) and how content supports campaign goals.
  • Drone filming experience/qualification (where applicable).
