Their Great British Life Magazine Portfolio includes prestigious print publications and leverages their online presence through the LOCALiQ brand, extending the series to a substantial audience of 41 million users every month.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to work on our Cheshire Life Magazine portfolio. Cheshire Life is a vibrant, lifestyle magazine that offers luxury brands great advertising opportunities. The title has unrivalled coverage, award-winning content, and a true passion for the finer things in life. The publication is an excellent choice for high-end organisations to promote their brands with our affluent audience.
You will assume a pivotal role in expanding and overseeing our subscriber base through the acquisition of new business. If you are a driven sales professional with experience in prospecting and lead generation, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Predominantly, you will be selling our wide portfolio of print-based advertising solutions complemented by some digitally focused services ranging from web-based advertising and video creation. It’s essential that you are digitally savvy; however, you will receive excellent training to bring you up to speed on SEO, Social media, DPM, Display, and programmatic options.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
The ideal candidate will have:
- Media/advertising sales background (ideally)
- Proven B2B client-facing sales background
- Drive and passion to build a repeat customer base
- Consultative sales approach
- Strong diary management and organisational skills
- Experience in managing and developing new business opportunities
