We are looking for a commercially driven Media Sales Executive to represent Kent Life, a prestigious luxury lifestyle magazine established in 1962 and celebrating the very best of the county. You will be part of LOCALiQ, the digital marketing arm of Newsquest Media Group, combining the credibility of trusted media brands with powerful digital marketing solutions. This gives you the ability to offer clients more than advertising space, helping businesses grow through smart, integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital. Kent Life forms part of the Great British Life portfolio, a collection of premium regional lifestyle magazines across the UK. With a long-standing reputation and loyal readership, Kent Life is a respected platform for luxury brands, independent businesses and aspirational advertisers. This is a hybrid role, combining home working, office time and time out meeting clients across Kent.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities across print and digital advertising
- Building and managing a portfolio of high-quality, premium advertisers
- Selling advertising, sponsorship and branded partnerships
- Taking a consultative approach, understanding client objectives and recommending tailored solutions
- Positioning Kent Life as a trusted platform for luxury and lifestyle brands
- Managing your sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Building long-term relationships with business owners, marketing managers and senior decision makers across Kent
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within media, advertising or marketing
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders
