This is a hybrid role, combining remote working with regular face‑to‑face client meetings across your territory. While you’ll spend a significant amount of time out meeting customers, you’ll also be expected to work from our Warrington office to review progress, collaborate with colleagues, and support your ongoing development, earning potential and career progression.

In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships with local businesses, uncover commercial challenges, and recommend tailored solutions from our portfolio of digital products, including paid social, digital display, video and website solutions. If you thrive in a consultative, customer‑focused sales environment and are passionate about delivering real impact for the local business community, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research into each client’s business or industry, ensuring proposals are relevant, tailored and commercially impactful.
  • Maximise marketing spend within your territory by continually sourcing new and lapsed business opportunities.
  • Maintain a high standard of account management, building strong relationships and providing excellent service at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Grow your customer base through strategic territory planning, competitor awareness and proactive prospecting.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from inbound leads, referrals and self‑sourced prospects.
  • Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators, including call volumes, meaningful conversations, booked meetings and timely follow‑ups.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within a consultative or solution‑based environment.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing products, including paid social, digital display, video and websites.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound cold calling and lead generation.
  • Confident and persuasive in securing new business over the phone, via video and in face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Ability to grow and nurture existing client accounts, driving long‑term value and retention.
  • Highly customer‑focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of multimedia advertising is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong listening, questioning and problem‑solving skills.
  • Passion for local media and a genuine desire to help local businesses succeed.
  • Ability to commute to the Warrington office and travel across the wider Cheshire region.
  • Access to a vehicle for business use and a full UK driving licence.
