SALES MANAGER ADVERT LocalIQ are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our Buckinghamshire & Berkshire division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a small sales team and driving the growth of our digital marketing solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, results-driven environment and to contribute to the success of local businesses by offering innovative and customized marketing solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas of sales management; coaching and development,sales strategy and execution, client relationship management, product expertise and performance tracking and reporting. This role would also suit a senior sales candidate or sales team leader who is looking for their first management opportunity. You will spend time with your team visiting clients across Berkshire & Buckinghamshire. Team meetings are held once a week in our Swindon office and the rest of your time is spent flexibly between this office and home. Therefore, you will need to live a commutable distance from Swindon and have access to your own vehicle for business use. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends. Experience in sales management or senior sales roles, preferably within digital marketing, media, or related industries. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver consultative sales. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools.
