We're looking for a commercially-minded Growth Marketing Manager to join Locale and take ownership of demand generation, lead generation and marketing performance as we enter our next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B growth marketer who enjoys turning strategy into action and measuring the commercial impact of their work. Working closely with our CEO and Fractional CMO, you'll take ownership of marketing execution across demand generation, HubSpot, content, website optimisation, events and reporting.

The Role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering marketing activity that supports business growth and generates qualified sales opportunities. You'll work across:
- Inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns
- Account-based marketing initiatives
- HubSpot Marketing Hub management and optimisation
- Marketing automation, workflows and lead nurturing
- Website optimisation and SEO
- Content creation, case studies, blogs and email campaigns
- Campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Industry events, webinars and networking opportunities
- Supporting sales and product teams with messaging and go-to-market activity
This is a hands-on role where you'll have genuine ownership and visibility across the business.
What We're Looking For:
We're interested in speaking with marketers who have:
- At least 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role
- Strong HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
- Proven lead generation experience, creating and delivering inbound and outbound campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities
- Knowledge of marketing automation, lead nurturing and reporting
- Website, SEO and content marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- A commercial mindset and passion for measurable results
Experience within SaaS, technology, PropTech or real estate sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
