- In Hours: £29.89 per hour – Mon to Fri, 08:00-18:00
- Out of Hours: £38.86 per hour – Mon to Fri, 18:00-08:00, plus all day Sat and Sun

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, treat, refer and safely discharge patients with minor illness and undifferentiated minor injuries.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers and professionals to support seamless service delivery.
- Provide clinical advice within the multidisciplinary team and deliver evidence-based care within agreed guidelines.
- Promote collaborative working across LCD and external healthcare organisations.
- Support training, supervision, mentoring, teaching and revalidation while maintaining professional and governance standards.
- Keep patient care, safety and quality at the centre of every clinical decision.
Your expertise will help ensure the safe delivery of care and that patients receive the right care at the right time.

We are looking for a confident, experienced clinician who can make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will have:
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and decision-making skills.
- Experience working independently across a range of healthcare settings.
- A sound understanding of patient safety, quality standards and CQC compliance.
