Locala is seeking a Band 5 Stroke Occupational Therapist to provide care for adults after stroke in community settings across Huddersfield. The role is 26 hours per week, pro-rata, and fixed term/secondment for 10–12 months at Mill Hill Community Health Centre.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, plan and evaluate interventions, and support staff development while maintaining accurate records. DBS clearance is required.
