Locala Health and Wellbeing is seeking an ITOC Senior Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Transfer of Care team. You will work to ensure safe and timely discharge for patients who are medically fit, coordinating with nurses, OTs, physiotherapists and assistants to tailor care for independence.
The role is 37.5 hours per week across 7 days with 1 in 4 weekends, permanent, with potential development from Band 5 to Band 6 for the right candidate.
