Overview

Job Role: Organisational Development Practitioner – Band 6 (£38,682 – £46,580). Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate a range of learning and organisational development interventions across the organisation to support the Thrive Strategy.
  • Work across the full cycle of learning and OD work: scoping and analysing, data gathering, designing impactful solutions, delivering engaging interventions and programmes, and evaluating short, medium and long-term impact.
  • Foster growth, innovation and high performance across the organisation. Communicate effectively, demonstrate self-awareness, and engage colleagues with a focus on people and process.
  • Hybrid working with a requirement to travel regularly to Locala sites across Kirklees, Calderdale, Bradford and Greater Manchester.
