We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a flexible approach to join our friendly Clinical Administration Team, supporting clinical teams within the 0 – 19 Services. This is a permanent post and is based at Slaithwaite Town Hall.
The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and must have the ability to use SystmOne. Candidates will need excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They will be required to word‑process documents, liaise with patients and their carers, other colleagues and professionals, as well as have contact with outside agencies. Excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages are essential for this post.
Candidates should be an effective team player with the ability to motivate colleagues, multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines, work on their own initiative, remain calm in a busy environment, and prioritise their work effectively. Working in friendly and pleasant team environments, the organisation strongly promotes individual development and encourages opportunities to develop personal skills. Candidates have an efficient and effective approach to working practices with clear understanding of patient confidentiality.
This role is not applicable for sponsorship and candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK. This position may be subject to a DBS check.
