Bank Band 5 Community Staff Nurse – Community Nursing Network

Locala is welcoming applications from enthusiastic, motivated, and caring experienced qualified nurses to join our Community Nursing Network (CNN) on our Bank workforce. We will support you to thrive in the role and continue to develop your community nursing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless nursing care to housebound patients.
  • Coordinate care to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
  • Promote self‑care for patients with long‑term conditions.
  • Contribute to health promotion and innovative projects to improve patient outcomes.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

Service operates between 8 am and 9 pm, with core hours 8 am‑5 pm. You will work a minimum of one weekend in four and two late shifts (1 pm‑9 pm) over a four‑week period.
