Locala Community Dental Services (CDS) are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader to provide operational leadership and support across our dental services. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high‑quality patient care and leading teams to achieve excellence. As Team Leader, you will work closely with clinicians, dental nurses and administrative staff to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of services. You will promote a positive working culture, support service development, and ensure that patients receive safe, effective and compassionate care.
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership and management to designated teams within Community Dental Services.
- Support staff development, performance management and wellbeing.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with organisational policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate resources effectively to maintain high standards of patient care and service efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism and patient‑centred care.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues and external stakeholders to support service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within healthcare or dental services.
