We are seeking a Non-Executive Director to join our Board and are keen to hear from those with strong People, Culture and Engagement backgrounds. Currently an Investors In People GOLD accredited organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Locala's people practices, culture and leadership capability align with the THRIVE strategy as we implement change to build on our achievement.
With two of our five strategic objectives, have a diverse workforce that is the most inclusive and engaged of any community health and care provider in the areas we serve and building a reputation for our agile and dynamic culture being wholly cultural in content, you will challenge and inspire, supporting continual development and demonstrable continual improvement of employment experiences for our diverse workforce, whilst making full use of our social enterprise status enabling our colleagues to feel valued, heard and empowered to deliver care in our local communities.
