We are seeking a skilled and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level, confidential support to the Executive Director of Public Services (Chief Nurse) across the full scope of the role.
The role calls for a confident, highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and solve problems, and substantial experience supporting senior leaders in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Working with the wider team, the post holder will help deliver a responsive, flexible administrative service to the Executive Directors and support effective arrangements for key governance and management meetings in partnership with Corporate Governance.
The successful candidate will provide full Executive-level support, including:
- Diary management
- Taking minutes at senior meetings
- Preparing accurate and timely correspondence
- Producing high-level reports
- Supporting project work
They will also make decisions within delegated authority on behalf of the relevant Executive Director(s).
Excellent keyboard, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and Word.
This role is not applicable for sponsorship and candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK.
