We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our friendly HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-quality recruitment service that supports teams across the organisation and helps ensure our services are staffed by the best people.
ResponsibilitiesBased at Dewsbury Health Centre, with a hybrid working model, you will provide end-to-end recruitment support across the organisation. Working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, you will help ensure a smooth, efficient and positive recruitment experience for candidates and managers alike. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the full recruitment process from advertising vacancies to issuing contracts
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Completing pre-employment checks and onboarding activities
- Liaising with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes
- Providing excellent customer service to candidates, colleagues and external stakeholders
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a busy administrative environment (recruitment experience desirable)
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Is able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
