Locala Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Band 6 Senior Community Nurse to provide leadership and advanced clinical care across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with shifts between 8am–9pm, core hours 8am–5pm, and requirements for one weekend in four plus two late shifts per four weeks.
You will act as a role model, mentor, and decision-maker, supporting colleagues and driving improvements in patient outcomes within the Community Nursing Network.
